Representative James O’Day, Chairman of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs, To Hold First Committee Bill Hearing at the Worcester Senior Center; Bringing the Inner-Workings of State Government to the City of Worcester

Representative James O’Day ((D) West Boylston) and Senator Patricia Jehlen ((D) Somerville) will hold the first official bill hearing of the 188th Session for the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs at the Worcester Senior Center on Monday, May 6th, 2013 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.  This bill hearing will cover legislation pertaining to community care options for seniors.  Representative O’Day and Senator Jehlen encourage the public to attend and testify in reference to 10 bills being heard before the committee.  A copy of the list of legislation being heard can be found below:
